COVID-19
Due to unprecedented circumstances surrounding the global COVID-19 pandemic, postal services and supply chains are backlogged across most of the world. Expect  a delay of up to 10 additional business days domestically, or up to 1 month internationally. At this time we ask for your patience, as orders and products might be delayed due to matters outside of our control.

FREE STANDARD POSTAGE  for all Aussie babes for all orders over $100

FREE EXPRESS POSTAGE for Aussie orders over $150

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow handling time after receiving your order confirmation and shipping notification.

Order are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post. You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Delivery can take up to business days depending on destination upon ordering.

Please Note: Delivery times are an estimate only and unfortunately once your order has left us at EBONiiVORY HQ it is the responsibility of the chosen carrier to ensure that the product arrives in a timely fashion and in good order.

*EXPRESS POSTAGE is also available if you can’t wait to get your hands on your EBONiiVORY products (Postage/Handling time is usually between 2-4 days).

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we ask for your patience as we work through much slower than usual delivery times.

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow handling time after receiving your order confirmation and shipping notification.

We offer 3 services for International Postage.

Intl Pack & Track – Includes tracking and ETA 5-12 business days

Intl Registered Post - Signature on delivery, tracking 5-12 business days

Express Courier Int’l - Comes with tracking number, Signature on delivery and ETA 4-10 business days. 

*Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by a refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Cost for re-delivery attempts due to incorrect details being provided at checkout will be passed on to the customer. When your order is shipped you will be sent an email confirmation with an order number which must be used when inquiring about your order.

*Your order may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees) on arrival. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees as they are decided on and charged by your country’s customs office.

If you don’t want to pay the additional fees, your parcel will be returned to us. Once your parcel has been returned, we can refund your order minus the cost of shipping. 



*EBONiiVORY will make every effort to dispatch and deliver your order in a timely manner, however we are not liable for delayed or lost shipments.
